Contract Management

PBC’s staff has expertise in negotiating and administering Government Contracts and Grants, as well as, subcontracts through contract close out, ensuring that all deliverables, reports, and contract requirements are met on a timely basis. Specific contract management services include:
  •  Negotiate contracts including cost substantiation and support
  • Prepare contract briefs identifying deliverables and all reporting requirements
  • Interface with technical staff to ensure all deliverables are made timely
  • Monitor expenditure levels in relation to contract/grant funding
  • Request modifications as needed
  • Issue subcontracts as required with complete Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) flow downs and subcontractor requirements/deliverables
  • Handle all contract closeouts including fulfilling reporting requirements
