Roles at PBC:
Sylvia’s primary function is office administration. She acts as support to our Account Executives, the accounting department and our clients. She also actively participates in planning, marketing and other activities. Sylvia’s duties also include: maintaining the phone system, basic office equipment, computer support, and much more. She is instrumental in client invoicing, QuickBooks support, and securing back up information for the entire office.
Previous Industry Experience:
Sylvia has more than 5 years of relevant experience in the Administrative and Accounting field. Her work has garnered her experience in invoicing, cost recovery, month end reports, productivity reports, revenue calculation, training activities, customer service/satisfaction, and overall administrative and clerical support for the entire staff at PBC.
